What are the payment options?

We accept Bank transfer BDO USD, Philippine Peso, Credit Card (through Paypal with service fee)

Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?

Once the quotation is agreed upon and signed, please settle the full payment 30 days before your departure or specified deadline.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

For cancellations after signing the proposal or making a deposit are subject to cancellation fees and management’s approval.

Are your tours private or group-based?

We offer both private and group tours depending on our clients’ preferences.

Do your tours include flights?

Most of our tours are land arrangements only. However, we’re happy to assist you in booking local inbound and outbound flights that match your tour schedule and activities.

Are your tours family-friendly or senior-friendly?

Yes, we offer tours that are ideal for both families and senior travelers. We take your needs into account and can recommend destinations that are more comfortable and accessible. If certain spots aren’t ideal, we’re happy to adjust the itinerary to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

What should I pack?

Aside from your clothes and travel essentials, it’s very important to bring a basic first aid kit and your personal emergency medicines, especially when visiting provinces or remote areas in the Philippines. Some hospitals or clinics may have limited supplies, so having your own medication for common issues like allergies, stomach upset, fever, or pain can be a big help. It’s also a good idea to pack insect repellent, sunscreen, and any prescriptions you regularly take.

What kind of accommodations do you provide?

We typically work with 4 to 5-star hotels to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. However, if you prefer a more budget-friendly option, we can also arrange 3-star accommodations upon request. Just let us know your preference, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I request a specific hotel or upgrade my room?

Absolutely. You can request a hotel and preferred room type so we can ask the supplier ahead of time. If you have special occasions that need assistance we will gladly assist you with your needs.
